Free shipping & returns 

We know how uncomfortable swimwear shopping can be, so we want to offer you the chance to try your favourite Sassi design in the comfort of your own home.

All UK orders will be sent free of charge by Royal Mail 'Signed For First Class' post so we can ensure that your package reaches you safely. If you would prefer to use a different method please contact us directly. 

International orders will be charged the standard cost and returns are to be covered by the customer. 

How can I return my order?

Our obsession with fit and style means that each Sassi design has been made by the best craftsmen in the business, from the most luxurious fabrics available so you feel magnificent. In the unlikely event that you feel it's not for you, please email us directly explaining the reason for your return. We will email you straight back with instructions on how to return your swimwear.

All items must be returned within 14 days, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the item in the original packaging. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, we will only be able to offer you a refund or exchange if your swimwear is deemed faulty by us.

Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.

You will receive an email to confirm once we receive your item(s) and the refund has been accepted by us but please allow a few days to show on your bank statement.

Refunds

To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before the refund shows in your account.

If you’ve done this already and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Exchanges

Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods dependent on stock availability. We may have to contact you if the exchange is for something of a higher value so we can take additional payment.

Suspected Faulty Goods

In the rare and unfortunate event that you find your Sassi Swimwear item(s) faulty, please accept our apologies and contact us upon receipt (if you can email us a photo of the fault it would be a huge help). For UK customers, please return any suspected faulty items via  Royal Mail Recorded, Signed For Delivery or via a courier.

'All hand beading has been carried out by highly skilled artisans and may have variations. This is the nature of our hand made designs. Please treat them with love and care. Thank you.'
