This website is owned by Sassi Swimwear, Three Legged Cross, Crux Easton, Newbury, Berks, RG20 9QE. All rights including copyright in this website are owned or licensed on behalf of Sassi Swimwear. Any use of its contents, including copying or storing in whole or in part, other than for your own personal and non commercial use is prohibited without our express permission. We reserve the right to withdraw special offers without notice if necessary.
We have taken care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that the prices quoted are correct and that all products have been described accurately. However we reserve the right to alter prices quoted due to incorrect price due to typographical error or other error in pricing information. In any event, please check the details in our confirmation email on receipt and notify us immediately if any amendments need to be made. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
All images of swimwear may have a small tolerance in them due to the hand-beaded nature of the products. All advice given by Sassi Swimwear is to help you make your decision to give you the greatest satisfaction. Your Order Confirmation will show your product specifications. It is your responsibility to check that all of these details are correct.
Your privacy is of paramount importance to us and we have pledged as a company that your personal data will always be for our internal use only and will never be used or sold to any third party. We will never reveal your name, address email or contact details to anyone outside Sassi Swimwear. We only hold your information on file, so that we can access your order easily in the future. We may occasionally send you emails with our latest designs and offers. All emails have an "opt-out" option. We also comply to the Data Protection Act 1998.
All items must be returned within 30 days, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed and with the tag still attached to the item in the original packaging. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless your swimwear is deemed faulty by us.
To return your swimwear please email hello@firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please note we will only refund the postage and packaging charge for sending the product to you if the product is damaged, faulty, or does not match your order.
Please send all goods to be returned via a recorded method of delivery (i.e. ‘Royal Mail signed for’ or via a courier) and get a 'proof of posting' certificate from your Post Office or carrier. This will cover you if the goods are lost in the post. Sassi Swimwear will not be held responsible for any returns that do not reach us and you will not be issued a refund for lost items.
Due to Health & Safety reasons, we cannot allow customers to drop off their items to our office, under any circumstances.
You will receive an email to confirm once we receive your item(s) and the refund has been accepted by us but please allow a few days to show on your bank statement.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before the refund shows in your account.
If you’ve done this already and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us hello@email@example.com.
Exchanges will be dealt with as soon as we receive your returned goods dependent on stock availability. We may have to contact you if the exchange is for something of a higher value so we can take additional payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
All payments must be made at the time of order.
All Sassi Swimwear online purchases take place in a safe environment using the latest security technology to protect our customers. Your card information is automatically encrypted to ensure your transactions are private and protected as they travel over the internet. Your payment details are not held by us or any other company, only in an encrypted format by our payment gateway (Stripe).

Protection of Our Designs
Sassi Swimwear creates and develops all of its own designs. Therefore, all our designs are protected by a legal IP agreement and registered with a lawyer, and further filed and protected by ACID (Anti Copying In Design) to prevent any copying or use of our designs by any other party. If our designs are found to have been copied ACID will immediately begin legal proceedings on our behalf.
